Sanjay Dhawan — President & Chief Executive Officer
A technology veteran and serial entrepreneur, Symphony Services’ President & CEO Sanjay Dhawan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Symphony Services, as well as its overall financial performance. Dhawan joined Symphony Services from Aricent, a KKR owned privately held company with global operations in over 25 countries and over 10,000 employees, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. At Aricent, he was responsible for company strategy, sales, marketing and the management and oversight of several high-growth business units and various functional units.
Prior to Aricent, Dhawan was the Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Inkra Networks, a company credited with defining the virtual networking market segment. Dhawan also held chief strategy, development, sales and management roles at Netopia, StarNet and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
Dhawan has authored several networking-related publications and books and has chaired IEEE 802 and ANSI X3T9 standards sub-groups. He holds a masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Brunel University, England, and a BS degree in Electronics andCommunications from REC Kurukshetra, India.

Alan Harlan — President, Software Management Solutions
Alan brings more than 20 years of experience in the IT and outsourcing services industry serving in executive accounting, technology and sales roles. He has a track record of running high performing sales and delivery operations for business units ranging from $60M to $200M of revenue. Alan has orchestrated multimillion dollar contracts, implemented innovative sales strategies and turned around under-performing business units.
Prior to joining Symphony, Alan served as EVP for Sierra Design Group, Inc., a gaming software development and services firm where he increased sales from $37 Million to $89 Million in 15 months; VP of Sales for Sourcecorp, Inc., a data services with global outsourcing relationships exceeding $80 Million in sales; and EVP of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., a global technology and business process firm.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University.

C Mahalingam — Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer
As EVP and Chief People Officer of Symphony Services, Mali leads the company's global HR operations.
Prior to joining Symphony Services, Mali led HR for the India operations of IBM and Hewlett-Packard as well as Philips Software Center. At these companies Mali helped drive Total Employee Delight to attain a position among the best employers. Mali is currently the President of the IT Industry HR Association, Bangalore, and is on the National HR Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industry, New Delhi. He is a recipient of the prestigious Golden Jubilee Gold Medal for the Masters in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Loyola College, Chennai.
Mali holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sacred Heart College, Chennai, India.

David Carpini — Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development
David is responsible for Symphony’s strategic direction and business development for the Emerging Business Unit. David has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and strategy for companies within the technology industry and has helped companies establish new offerings, open new markets and transform their business.
Prior to this role David was responsible for sales and lead Symphony’s European expansion. Before joining Symphony, he was Vice President of Sales for Covansys, a global consulting and technology services company. He joined Covansys from ITWorx, Egypt’s largest software development company. He has also held sales, marketing and engineering roles at Scient and French Fragrances International. David spent much of his career at IBM in various sales & marketing executive roles with global responsibility for one of IBM’s top 100 clients.
David holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Fairfield University.

Keith Higgins— Chief Marketing Officer
Keith brings more than 20 years of technology, product and outsourcing services experience to Symphony Services, having served in a range of executive marketing, sales and business development roles.
Prior to joining Symphony Services, Keith was senior vice president of marketing at Aricent, a KKR-owned privately held company with global operations in over 25 countries and over 10,000 employees. Keith was vice president of worldwide marketing for Copper Mountain Networks where he played a pivotal role in the company's growth, through its IPO to over $450 million in revenue. Keith has also held senior marketing and sales positions at StrataCom, Cisco Systems, and Sprint.
Keith holds a BA in Marketing from The Ohio State University.

Laura D. Weinstein — Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Laura is Symphony Services’ Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She is responsible for worldwide legal affairs at Symphony Services, managing the company’s legal infrastructure in support of its high-growth domestic and international operations, and advising on the company’s key strategic transactions, corporate, employment, intellectual property matters and governance.
Prior to Symphony Services, Laura served in several senior management positions including Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of BrassRing, Inc., an enterprise recruiting and human resources management software company in San Mateo, CA and as Associate General Counsel of Kaplan, Inc. in New York, NY, a diversified education company within the Washington Post Company. Prior to going in-house, Laura was a litigator in New York, NY.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and a J.D from New York University School of Law. She is a member of both the California and New York State Bars.

Pradeep Chaudhry — Chief Financial Officer
In his position as Chief Financial Officer, Pradeep oversees all financial operations, focusing on capital structure, budgeting, financial reporting and managing communication with the investor community.
Prior to joining Symphony Services, Pradeep has accumulated years of experience in the fields of Corporate Finance with significant expertise in the areas of M&A;, planning, pricing accounting, capital raising, tax and regulatory issues. He had successful stints as Chief Financial Officer at ISGN, Cambridge Solutions Ltd.,
and Ind-Telesoft. At each of these companies, Pradeep led financial operations and was instrumental in the turn-around of operations, maintaining investor relations and raising capital (debt and equity). Earlier, Pradeep served in senior management positions at IBM Global Services, Bangalore.

Reddy Karri — Executive Vice President & GM, Enterprise Applications and Technology Business Unit
Tirumalareddy “Reddy” Karri oversees all aspects of the Enterprise Applications and Technology business unit, from the spearheading of mergers and acquisitions to business development and delivery operations. With 24 years of senior executive management experience, Karri brings an extensive background in starting and managing delivery operations in North America, Western and Eastern Europe, India and china. Prior to joining Symphony Services, Karri served as Chief Technology Officer for Aldata. While at Aldata he achieved a 40 percent increase in year-over-year license sales by increasing the quality of the R&D; operation, while at the same time reducing total spend by 50 percent. Karri also held senior and executive management positions at major enterprise software and technology companies, from Berggi Inc. – whose subscriber base grew from zero to three million in 18 months under his leadership – to Datacert and i2 Technologies.
Karri holds an BE in Electronics and Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Sandip Ranjhan — Senior Vice President & GM, Engineering Services
As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Engineering Services business unit at Symphony Services, Sandip is responsible for new business acquisition and service delivery of the business unit. Sandip brings more than 19 years of experience in outsourcing services industry with an outstandingly diverse background spanning across telecommunication, energy, automotive and healthcare industries.
Prior to joining Symphony Services, Sandip was Vice President Engineering at frog, (a company of the Aricent Group). During his 17 years tenure at Aricent, he has held several senior positions and was responsible for establishing the convergence practice and incubating various multi-million dollar tier 1 accounts. With strong combination of technical knowledge, processes and methodologies, Sandip has helped several customers achieve higher levels of revenue.
Sandip holds an engineering degree from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, India.

Sumit Chauhan — Vice President & GM, Embedded & Telecom
In his position as Vice President & General Manager of Symphony’s Embedded and Telecom Software Services Business Unit, Sumit is driving new business acquisitions, executing the global telecom & embedded services strategy and merger & acquisition related initiatives.
Sumit comes with a rich background in Telecom and Embedded areas. Prior to Symphony Services, Sumit has held senior positions at Aricent and Nokia Siemens Networks. He was responsible for heading global business development and operations for the Telecom vertical and drive growth in business from USD10M to USD70M over a time period of 3 years at each of these organizations. Sumit has extensive experience working in high growth areas like LTE, WIMAX, 3G and Connected World across geographies and accounts.
Sumit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, India.

Sunil Gupta — Senior Vice President & Service Lines Head
In his position as Senior Vice President and Head of Service Lines, Sunil plays an instrumental role in creating Symphony’s full Product Development Life Cycle service offerings for the market. Sunil and his team work closely with sales, pre-sales and delivery units to develop “Go To Market” strategy for different offerings from Symphony and work with clients to help them achieve global market leadership. Sunil has also successfully implemented Engineering Outcome Certainty engagement model for clients.
Sunil brings 25 years of product and system engineering experience in several domains. Prior to Symphony, Sunil had worked with Centre for Development of Telematics for 8 years and Aricent (erstwhile Hughes Software Systems) for 13 years in different capacities. He was Head of Engineering at Aricent for their MobilSat and Mobile Terminal business units where he delivered large, fixed price projects for top 6 OEMs including Nokia, Samsung, Alcatel, Motorola etc.. He also headed QA practice at Aricent which he started from scratch and built into a formidable testing business. He has significant experience in successfully integrating companies from the engineering and cultural perspective.
Sunil is a trained ISO and CMMi Level 5 Assessor and had led Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) for many years in previous organizations. Sunil holds a B-Tech degree in Computer Science from REC Trichy, Madras University.

Venkat N. Rajan — Vice President and GM, Analytics
As head of the Analytics Business Unit, Venkat is driving an exciting growth area for Symphony, leveraging a rich portfolio of price management, supply chain management and analytic platform software assets, and an experienced team with strong analytics skills. Venkat and his team work with both direct clients and ISVs, delivering value through the design, development, implementation and support of closed-loop analytic solutions.
Venkat brings over 20 years of consulting experience with Global 500 companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, British American Tobacco, Eaton Corporation, GE, Huawei, IBM, L-3 Communications, Philips, Siemens and UPM-Kymmene. Prior to joining Symphony, Venkat was with IBM Global Business Services, leading sales and marketing activities for supply chain analytics and planning assets. He has also held various sales and consulting leadership positions at i2 for High-Tech, Automotive and Public Sector segments in the US, EMEA and Japan.
Venkat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Madras, a Master’s in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
